At Bnos Chana, we empower our young girls with the skills to understand and appreciate Chumash as well as basic Halacha, especially the mitzvos that apply to girls and women, enabling them to maintain a high standard of conduct in accordance with Torah and Chassidus. Students are exposed to the rich history of their Chabad heritage, and dates on the Chabad calendar are given special focus. Every subject taught must be not only in line with Torah values, but also a vehicle through which the children may learn the beauty of Hashem’s world. Subjects such as Science, History and Geography are partnered with Torah topics so that the students develop a real understanding of how to make the world a ‘dira betachtonim’ (a dwelling place for Hashem in this world).

We believe the best and only way to inspire children to act and live as we want them to, is by being living exemplars of Yiras Shomayim (fear/awe of G-d), Ahavas Yisroel (love of a fellow Jew) and Simcha shel Mitzva (joy in doing mitzvot). The strongest foundation for a child’s chinuch is laid when their entire day is imbued with these values. Our dedicated staff is committed to this shared goal for our students.

In addition to our commitment to providing a strong foundation in Chumash and Halacha, Bnos Chana embraces a holistic approach to education that nurtures the spiritual, intellectual, and emotional development of our students. We foster an environment where each girl is encouraged to explore her unique talents and strengths, empowering her to make meaningful contributions to her community and the world.

Through a comprehensive curriculum, we aim to instill a deep appreciation for the beauty and wisdom of Hashem's creation. We recognize that education extends beyond the classroom walls and therefore, we create opportunities for experiential learning, immersive trips, and engaging extracurricular activities that further reinforce the values and teachings of our school. We believe in the power of role modeling, and our dedicated staff strives to embody the principles of Yiras Shomayim, Ahavas Yisroel, and Simcha shel Mitzva in their interactions with students.

Our goal is not only to impart knowledge but to cultivate a deep love for Torah, a sense of responsibility towards others, and an unwavering commitment to leading a purposeful Jewish life. By nurturing their spiritual growth and intellectual curiosity, we aim to equip our students with the tools and values they need to navigate the complexities of the modern world while remaining firmly rooted in their Chabad heritage.
